Refund policy
For hygiene reasons we have a strict no returns policy, with the unique exception of goods damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the event of a refund due to damages and issues a refund will be issued within 10 working days, and issued to the card used for original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund too.
